Background and Education
Toastmasters Membership: Member since April 2021.
Education: Holds a Master of Social Work, a Master of Science in Education (Business and Leadership concentration), and graduate studies in Emergency and Disaster Management. She is also a Certified Scrum Master.
Toastmasters Honors: Achieved the Triple Crown award in 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
Professional Experience
Leadership and Strategy: Currently leads strategic training and adoption planning for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation at DeKalb County Government. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Training Leader, Regional Trainer, and Field Director.
Finance: Possesses experience managing operating budgets, revenue, and expenses in previous leadership roles such as Center Director and Acting Principal.
Procedures: Skilled in designing governance, training frameworks, and workflows to improve organizational accountability and reduce ambiguity.
