My vision is to reach, inspire, strengthen, empower, unleash, and promote untapped potential within District 44 Toastmasters and its surrounding communities.
This year, my team aims to lead with love and light, helping District 44 members RISE UP! to achieve their greatest dreams through encouragement, determination, teamwork, and resilience. 

My strategies include:

• A top down training approach to build up sustainable leadership
• Arrangement of District days and months for key initiatives
• Heightening senior leader visibility and support through club visits
• Connectivity building with local corporations

RISE UP! embodies the spirit of resilience, determination, and growth. It is a call to action for each of us to rise above challenges, to strive for excellence, and to lift others as we climb. Together, we will rise up to meet the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, united in purpose and in vision.
