Your presence is crucial at our upcoming Virtual Spring Business Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, April 17th at 6:30 PM. This meeting holds great significance as it is where the election of these leaders will commence. Please note, a quorum is essential for us to conduct business and vote effectively. A calendar invite will be sent out as a placeholder for this meeting, with detailed instructions and a link to follow shortly. Remember, registration prior to the meeting is mandatory.
In line with our commitment to a seamless and transparent election process, we will be using Election Buddy as our voting platform. Specific steps will be provided to ensure your registration and participation in the election process.
With the release of this announcement, each candidate becomes an official contender, and all campaign protocol procedures come into effect. For your reference and guidance, I am attaching the campaign protocols that are being followed. Please review Protocol 9.0, paying close attention to sections #’s 6-8. As club leaders, your role in ensuring adherence to these rules by all candidates is crucial.
