On April 20, Districts 44 and 63 will officially transition to become the newly formed District 214. This Joint Business Meeting marks the first official business meeting of our new district — and your voice matters.
Club Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education are strongly encouraged to attend and vote. All members are invited to observe this important milestone.

Voting Entitlements
One Vote

Each District Executive Committee (DEC) member

Club President

Vice President Education
Two Votes

A club is entitled to two (2) votes

Either officer may carry both votes, or each officer may carry one (1), as determined by the club

A member belonging to multiple clubs may cast one vote per club, up to a maximum of two votes
Three Votes (Maximum)

DEC members are entitled to one (1) vote and may cast up to two (2) additional votes as a club representative, for a maximum of three (3) votes
