Fellow Toastmasters,

Our S.H.O.W. U.P! Mantra challenges us not just to dream big, but to act boldly. This month, we focus on the W – Work the Plan. Because no vision, no matter how brilliant, comes to life without a plan that is put into motion.

Working the plan means being intentional with the tools Toastmasters has already placed at our fingertips. It’s about turning resources into results.

• Host a Speechcraft as your Open House. These are powerful entry points to bring new voices into our clubs and new energy into our community. Every guest we introduce to the Toastmasters experience is a potential leader who will strengthen our movement.

• Invest in member growth with the Successful Club Series and Better Speakers Series. These workshops equip our members with practical skills that extend beyond their Pathways journey, shaping them into confident communicators and empowered leaders in every area of life.

• Leverage the new Pathways enhancements. With updated content and transferable skills, Pathways now provides more relevant, real-world applications. This is your chance to grow in ways that serve not just your club, but also your career, your community, and your personal goals.
