This year, my team aims to rebuild a culture of Integrity, Respect, Servant Leadership and the delivery of our District Initiatives in Excellence. To build fervor for our education program among both members and prospects. To raise the level of recognition of our members and their achievements. To expand our leadership impact through unwavering commitment to member connection and innovation in our community outreach. To shape a future together where District 44 thrives, our members flourish, and our collective influence transforms lives!
My strategies include:
- Guiding my team towards innovative approaches to deliver District Initiatives
- Create additional Leadership Development opportunities to directly impact succession planning
- Inviting and engaging the community and our corporate sponsors to experience Toastmasters and heighten awareness of what our organization offers
