Level 1 Completion Strategy
Use this quarterly momentum cycle to help members complete Level 1 quickly and confidently:
Prepare: Review Pathways progress, identify who needs Level 1, and schedule two special meetings — a Table Topics-a-thon and a Speech-a-thon.
Table Topics-a-thon: Run 30–60 minutes of continuous Table Topics to fulfill required meeting roles and build confidence. Track all participants for Base Camp verification.
Follow Up: Congratulate members, confirm their Icebreaker dates, and encourage them to begin drafting their speeches.
Speech-a-thon: Dedicate a meeting to Icebreakers and Level 1 speeches with strong evaluators and a supportive environment.
Celebrate & Record: Submit Level 1 completions in Club Central and recognize members publicly.
This simple cycle strengthens your club’s education momentum and helps members achieve early wins that keep them engaged.
