CGD PLAN FOR 2025-2026
This year, my team aims to build momentum by creating practical systems that help clubs grow sustainably year after year. We’ll support and retain existing clubs by helping them stay healthy and energized. We’ll expand our reach by nurturing new clubs that meet the needs of emerging communities and workplaces throughout the District.
My strategies include:
- Drive new club leads through outreach to underserved communities, businesses, and professional groups.
- Partner with District leaders to strengthen struggling clubs
- Empower club officers with the knowledge to sustain membership growth
- Unite with the PR team on targeted social media campaigns to bring new guests into clubs across the District.
