DESCRIPTION:District 2023-24 Leadership Nominations are now open!\nTake your skills to the next level! Time to stretch further by serving as a District Leader on the 2023-2024 District Executive Committee. As a District Leader\, you will experience many opportunities to practice skills that will enhance your ability to work with a diverse group of clubs\, officers and members. District Leadership promises the perfect platform to sharpen your personal brand of influence and develop leadership skills. At the end of your 12-month commitment of service in your District Leadership role\, you will receive credit toward your Pathways District Leader Award. \nPlease review the District Leader Qualifications and Responsibilities and the District Leader Competencies. If you want to have your nomination considered or if you would like to nominate someone else\, please complete and submit the District Leader Nominating Form. All candidates\, both elected and appointed\, must also complete and submit a Candidate Application\, Officer Agreement and Release Form and District Leader Biographical Information. \nThe four forms must be submitted to the District Leadership Committee (DLC) Chair\, Roxane Rush\, DTM at dlc@d44toastmasters.org no later than February 10\, 2023. \nBelow is a list of the elected and appointed roles for the next term. \nELECTED POSITIONS (requiring interview with DLC): \n\nDistrict Director\nProgram Quality Director\nClub Growth Director\n8 Division Directors A through H\n\nAPPOINTED POSITIONS: \n\nArea Directors – approximately 45\nPublic Relations Manager\nAdministration Manager\nFinance Manager\nLogistics Manager (does not qualify for Pathways District Leader credit)\n\nClick here for more details and DOWNLOAD all the required forms.
