To complete this important work\, we are holding a Special Business Meeting solely to address and vote on the revised proposal. \n\nMeeting Details\nDate: Thursday June 26\, 2025\nTime: 6:30 PM Eastern\nLocation: Zoom Virtual Meeting \n\nImportant Documents\nMeeting Agenda \nUpdated Alignment Proposal \n\nAttendance is Mandatory for All Eligible Voting Members: To conduct official business\, we must meet a quorum of one-third of clubs in good standing represented\, based on two votes per club. Your participation for this electronic vote is essential. \n\nWho Can Vote: Club Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education (each receive one vote or one representative between them may carry two votes) and District Executive Committee (DEC) members.
