DESCRIPTION:The Toastmasters International Annual Business Meeting is coming up on August 22\, 2025\, and your club’s vote matters!To ensure your club is represented\, be sure to assign your club’s proxy and submit voting instructions by the final deadline: August 15\, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. \nKey Dates: \n\n\nProxy assignment window: July 10 – August 15\, 2025 \n\n\nFinal deadline to assign proxy: August 15\, 2025 \n\n\nOnline Credentials process: August 16–19\, 2025 \n\n\nAnnual Business Meeting: August 22\, 2025 (onsite + online) \n\n\nAct now:Assign your club’s proxy online via Toastmasters.org.Learn more about the Annual Business Meeting here. \nMake your club’s voice heard! Every vote helps shape the future of Toastmasters. \nHow To Assign Your Club Proxy\nTo assign the club’s proxy\, starting in July\, the Club President or Secretary (not both) can follow the steps below: \n\nLog in to toastmasters.org with your email and password.\nScroll to the Annual Business Meeting section on My Home (directly below the My Education and Achievements section).\nClick on “Club Proxy & Voting Instructions.”\n\nIf you are an officer in multiple clubs\, select the club for which you want to assign the proxy.\n\n\nClick the “Start” button next to “Designate Proxyholder.”\nSelect from the three options for designating a proxyholder: A member of the club\, the 2025–2026 District Director\, or another active Toastmaster.\nFollow the prompts to complete the process. To submit your proxyholder designation\, enter your name into the signature box at the bottom of the page\, click the checkbox\, and press “Confirm proxyholder.”\nIf your club wants to use the option to provide instructions to the proxyholder\, click on “Go to Designate Voting Instructions.” Voting instructions can also be shared at a later time from “Club Proxy & Voting Instructions.”
